| Question: I got “Sink the Shigure” for Christmas…and while I knew it was a IJN destroyer,the ship on the cover looks more like a heavy cruiser or battleship…was wondering if you were aware of that. Otherwise,its a fine book and has plenty of action. |
| Answer: You are correct. Unfortunately, the author seldom has much say in what goes on the cover. There is a scene in the book involving a Japanese cruiser like the one on the cover, but, personally, I would have preferred the Shigure on the cover. Good eye, and thanks for the kind words.
